Per Axelsson. New General Manager in Osborn International Sweden
Since August 4th, 2008, Mr. Per Axelsson is onboard our company Osborn International AB, Sweden (Huskvarna) as General Manager.
Per's first and key responsibility is to continue the path and even further enhance Osborn Sweden growth and profitability. In addition to his General Manager function in Sweden, Per will also look after the group wide development of our Airport Runway business area.
Per has graduated as Mechanical Engineer at Gothenburg University, and has a proven and solid track record.
He spent years in business at ABB in various functions in Sales, Production, Quality and Project management. At a later stage per took over the Swedish GM responsibility in a leading European manufacturer of injection moulding tools. His area of responsibility was subsequently enlarged by Scandinavia and the Baltic States. From 2006 - 2007 he was CEO of the North Carolina based US subsidiary with 55 employees and locations in Canada, Mexico, California.
Per is married, father of three children, fluent in Swedish (plus some Danish/Norwegian), English and German.
