Jason Finishing Group is born Jason is forming one of the world’s premier Finishing Solution Providers by merging Osborn International, Lippert Unipol and JacksonLea into Jason Finishing Group (JFG). The combined business will be one of the largest Jason companies and will be a major growth platform for Jason Incorporated. In the months and years ahead we will expand our talent and eventually add acquisitions in order to reach and position ourselves as THE finishing solution provider. While this vision is exciting for Jason, there is much work to be done to ensure the smoothest possible transition and to put us in the best position to continue serving our customers and exceeding their expectations. Most importantly, we will continue to offer world class products and services to our customers as we merge businesses, combine the sales organizations and optimize our manufacturing and logistics strategy. Although the merging of Osborn International and Lippert-Unipol in Europe has been ongoing for over a year now; today, a similar process begins in North America, joining Osborn and JacksonLea, giving birth to the Jason Finishing Group.
