Aluminium Fair again with double figure growth - and we were there!
Following common stands at the EMO and Practical World exhibitions, Lippert-Unipol and OSBORN International - both market leaders in their respective segments - took this step for a third time, exhibiting together at this year's Aluminum Fair from 23rd to 25th September in Essen.
This international trade show, the largest around the subject of aluminum, grew this year by 15% in space and attracted almost 10% more visitors to Essen. Of the 40% visitors from abroad, every other one was not deterred by having to travel over 300 kilometers to reach the show.
Hence for the seventh year in a row, this fair could report double figure growth and can therefore be counted as one of the most successful industrial shows worldwide, established since the nineties.
Lippert-Unipol and OSBORN International presented products and innovations for polishing, satinizing, brushing, deburring and transporting, to a highly competent and expert public.
Our extensive product range covers applications from the initial steps in primary aluminum manufacturing/processing all the way to wrought aluminum products like profiles, sheets and strips.
Alongside the Cotton Cloth Polishing Buffs, Lippert-Unipol displayed new non-woven material in combination with polishing compound for a stripe free finish. Additionally, cloth buffs with modified mill treatment were on show, offering more stock removal and longer service life.
From its side, OSBORN International presented the wide range of brushing tools for aluminum processing, including brush rolls for strip processing, work roll cleaning and furnace transport and noise reduction applications. Other product lines were successfully portrayed such as ATB compound brushes, micro-abrasive and Novoflex BŪ internal brushing/honing tools for precision deburring and surface treatment in automated process centers.
We were pleased to see that numerous key accounts from a variety of industries visited our stand and hence strategic co-operation discussions took place with plant builders and other industry actors. Also very interesting talks with potential customers both from both domestic and foreign markets rounded off a highly successful fair participation.
