Industrie Lyon 2009
Like every year now, Osborn was present at the fair « Industrie », which took place this year in Lyon, from the 10th to the 13th of March. In order to reflect the changes of our organization and the integration of the 2 companies we participated under the name of "Osborn Unipol", presenting the products of both companies.
Osborn Unipol has been the only company displaying polishing tools within our range of solution for surface finishing.
Our stand captured a lot of attention and interest from many of the visitors and prospects, thus we were able to achieve a lot of contacts and set up additional visits from our sales and technical sales experts or even product trials. Leads were coming from all areas of France but essentially based in the Rhône Alpes region.
This show has proved to be an excellent opportunity to communicate the merger between Osborn and Lippert Unipol to the market, but also to present our complementary range of solutions to customers and prospects.
Particularly, the distribution network showed high interest about Lipprite / Lipprox and the PROfi set of polishing tools.
In summary, the Industrie Exhibition in Lyon 2009 has been an extremely positive event for both companies Osborn and Lippert Unipol, as much for the contacts as for the brand image by presenting a very large and complementary range of solutions for surface finishing. The quantity and quality of prospects is very encouraging even more in the current market circumstances.
