Features of these brushes include: Single spiral made of galvanized stem wire.
Flexible fill of silicon carbide and aluminium oxide nylon filaments. Extremely small diameters.
Micro-abrasive tube brushes are more flexible in small diameter internal holes as well as larger holes than most common deburring tools.
Applications: Particularly suited for deburring cross drillings, steering parts, o-ring perforations and other cylindrical components.

Nylon Diamond Internal Cleaning Brushes

Nylon diamond internal cleaning brushes are filled with very flexible material and have, in addition to deburring qualities, three other advantages:
Because of the flexibility of the fill material, the brushes can be used in small bores. As a result, the brush life is much longer than that of normal brushes with stiffer filaments, because the very small diameter filaments wear down to the bore diameter after only a short time and stay at this diameter.
The flexible fill material recovers again after heavy applications and strain and is not prone to breaking as a result of deformation.
Using nylon diamond brushes, a treated surface (e.g. a honed one) may be polished and prepared for futher use.
