Wide Face Brushes for raw metal processing, circuit board scrubbing, food handling, conveyor cleaning, and many other production line applications. We can provide new or refurbished wide face brushes with custom arbors of nearly any length or diameter.

For our Roller Brushes we use Novofil plastic filaments and various types of special wire as well as stainless steel wire, brass wire, brass-coated steel wire, tampico fibre, Bessemer steel wire and phosphor-bronze wire, natural hair and mixtures.

This disposable system saves expensive return transport costs of brushes back to the manufacturer. All brushes are electrodynamically balanced by us to VDI 2060, quality Q 2,5.

Brush bodies can be made from most normal material e.g. steel, stainless steel or other non-ferrous metals. Strict controls during production guarantee the highest quality enabling problem free operation for most applications.

Internal welded brush sets are easily mounted in position by your operators or engineers. Every requested face width possible by mounting can units together. Brush sections with various fill materials which can be assembled easily and quickly. Low-cost exchange of single sections is also possible, and can be easily carried out on site by the customer thereby reducing machine down time.

Single sections are trimmed and dynamically balanced for smooth rotation. Easily mounted in position by your operators or engineers. Peripheral speed: max 45 m/sec.

These sets are available in 3 different types:

Single brushes pinned to a set by means of bore holes and keyways. (Specially suited for work pieces with heavy burrs). Single brushes pinned together by means of bore holes and keyways. (Specially suited for work pieces with heavy burrs.) Brush rings mounted onto a tube. The exchangeable adapter system allows these brushes to be used on all common deburring machines.

Further fill materials and sizes of outer diameter and of inner width of brush body available on request. Most wide face brushes for deburring of cut edges are available ex stock.
