The unique OSBORN International colour coding system clearly identifies the fill material by colour marking brush bodies. This is an effective method of preventing possible confusion regarding brush applications allowing the ideal brush to be identified quickly without problems. The brushes are also more attractive confirming the expectation of high quality performance.

Green Fitting: 

 Stainless steel wire, knotted or crimped

Blue Fitting: 

 Knotted steel wire

YellowFitting:

 Brass wire

Red Fitting:

 Crimped steel wire or crimped brass-plated steel wire
 

Information about laquer coating

The paints we use meet the highest demands. The lacquer coating is resistant to scratches and knocks. In the event of contact with the work piece, residues do not arise.

The lacquer is applied in our powder coating unit. This process is absolutely ecologically friendly because

  • we work only with chemically neutral materials.
  • we do not use any solvents.
