OSBORN INTERNATIONAL AB received ISO 9001:2000 certification
OSBORN INTERNATIONAL AB (Huskvarna, Sweden) has received the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2000 certification, becoming one of the few brush companies in Sweden with this rating.
The award was given by the Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI).
OSBORN INTERNATIONAL AB underwent the audit for their quality management
system during the last month of April.
During the hand-over of the audit report, Anders Stenvall, General manager
of OSBORN INTERNATIONAL AB , said: "I am proud and happy to have
achieved this certification which shows that our company is focusing
on quality. This is a very important step for our customers and our group
in this era of increasing requirements and globalization."
In addition to that, OSBORN INTERNATIONAL AB has also been awarded with the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental certification.
This award, issued as well by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI), certifies that OSBORN Environmental Management System (EMS) is fully in accordance with the requirements set by the mentioned standard. OSBORN INTERNATIONAL AB EMS is a detailed system looking at environmental impact of products, activities, and services; setting environmental objectives; meeting legal and regulatory requirements; providing training to employees and also providing oversight and auditing procedures.
